Canadian Thanksgiving has just come to a close, but the sentiment of living with gratitude should be a mainstay philosophy regardless of the holiday season. I spent my Thanksgiving weekend in Toronto celebrating with friends and family. One of the highlights of my time in Toronto was brunch at Bosk with my sister, Caitlin. Bosk is refined, elegant and chic and the signature restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel. With a creative menu featuring dishes that are a treat for the eyes and tummy, Bosk has something to satisfy even the most discerning palates. My sister and I are foodies and we love the experience of going out to eat. We appreciate everything from a restaurant’s tastefully designed interiors to their artfully plated dishes…and of course the food itself!
We absolutely loved Bosk’s House Made Granola Parfait and Marinated Fruit Salad. After our first course we were ready for Eggs Benedict (the brunch specialty!) We selected two of the most popular menu items: Lifestyle Eggs Benedict (avocado, tomato jam, micro sprouts sour cream hollandaise, sourdough) and Down South Eggs Benedict (buttermilk fried chicken, waffle poached eggs, maple glaze) Simply to die for! Cannot wait for another brunch date at Bosk again soon.
What I’m Wearing: Black Scallop Trim Top (SheIn)
